Terms of Sale

Last updated: November 5, 2026

These terms apply to purchases of digital products from pivottofractional.com, sold by Pivot to Fractional ("we," "us"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and delivery

Our products are digital downloads, including playbooks and editable templates. After payment, you'll receive an email with download links. If you don't receive it within 1 hour, check your spam folder, then contact hello@pivottofractional.com.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is due in full at checkout and is processed securely by our payment providers. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

3. Your license

When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Use the playbook for your own learning and business

  • Edit, brand, and use the templates in your own business and with your own clients

You may not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute the product, or any template in its original or lightly modified form, as a standalone product

  • Upload the product to shared drives, marketplaces, or websites for others to download

  • Claim the product itself as your own work

For team or company licenses, contact hello@pivottofractional.com.

4. Intellectual property

All content is owned by Pivot to Fractional and protected by copyright. Your purchase grants a license to use it, not ownership of it.

5. Educational purpose; no professional advice

Our products provide general educational information and templates. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and don't create a professional relationship. Laws vary by location and change over time. Contract templates are starting points that should be reviewed by your own attorney. You're responsible for how you use the products and for your business decisions.

6. No guarantee of results

We don't promise any specific income, clients, or business results. Any examples are illustrative, and your results depend on many factors, including your experience, effort, and market.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
