Because our products are digital and available immediately after purchase, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds.

If a file is missing, damaged, or won't open, email hello@pivottofractional.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll fix it or send a replacement. If we can't resolve a technical problem, we'll issue a refund.
